Jare is the Chief Financial Officer of Dignity Finance and Investment Ltd. Before he joined DFIL, he had about 25 years’ work experience in Banking and Financial Consultancy. He has banking experience spanning Financial Control, Branch Operations and Management, Business Development and Credit management as well as Mortgage Management.

He started his banking career as an Internal Control Staff during his NYSC in 1994. He later joined Oceanic Bank International Ltd in June 1996 as an Assistant Officer at the Head Office Financial Control Group. In May 1997, he moved to Standard Trust Bank Ltd, where he served as both Funds Transfer Officer and later Branch Cash Officer.

In June 2000, he joined Gateway Bank Plc, as Branch Head of Business Development. He later moved to Intercontinental Bank Plc Lagos in January 2005 where he held the position of Branch Manager, and thereafter, on secondment served as Pioneer the MD/CEO of a Subsidiary (IPMAN Micro-Finance Bank Ltd) which made profit in the first year of operations. In 2011 he moved his services to Stallion Microfinance Bank Ltd (then a Mortgage Bank known as Stallion Savings and Loan Ltd), where he worked as Group Head Mortgages and other Loans, and became the MD/CEO in 2014.

He subsequently left to join T.C.F. Microfinance, as MD/CEO, Ltd until he moved his services to Dignity Finance and Investment Ltd in August 2019. He has also been a part-time lecturer at a then renown Professional Tuition House (Mayo Associates) in Lagos.

Jare, as fondly called, is a graduate of Insurance, University of Lagos where he graduated as Best overall graduating Insurance student in 1995. He also obtained a master’s degree (M.B.A) from the same University in 2002.

He is a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and also Qualified as Chartered Banker passing the qualifying final examination as the best student in one of the qualifying examination subjects (Management of Funds in Financial Institutions, 2016). He is also a Certified Micro-finance Professional (MCPE), Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, and a Chartered Taxation Professional of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
