Mallam Yahaya Yusuf is currently the Executive Chairman of Kwik Kapital Limited (a Private Equity firm). Prior to his current status, he was the founding Managing Director / CEO of Dignity Finance and Investment Limited from its inception in April 2009 until September 2020 when he retired.

Prior to his appointment as MD of DFIL, Mr. Yusuf was a Regional Chief Executive, North East / North West Region of Intercontinental Bank PLC with overall responsibility for developing and implementing business strategies for commercial and Corporate business in the region.

Yusuf was also a Regional Business Executive, Public Sector North West, and Group Executive, Retail and personal banking, North West of Intercontinental Bank plc and was based in Kano. He also served as a Regional General Manager North central / FCT and Abuja Branch manager of Equity Bank Limited.

He has had senior management and C-suite Banking experience spanning over twenty-eight years in the diverse fields of the financial industry. A thorough bred professional, he earned an MBA from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi.

Mallam Yusuf is an alumnus of Lagos Business School, Wharton Business school (USA) and the prestigious Insead (France). He is a member of numerous professional Institutions, including the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Association of Certified Money-laundry Specialist, (USA), Nigerian Institute of Management, and the Institute of Directors.
