Dr. Ogidan is a renowned development planner, author, and strategist specializing in agricultural value chains and microfinance. With degrees from Ahmadu Bello University, University of Lagos, and Trinity College, Spain, he has also received executive training from Harvard, Columbia, and Wharton.

He has served as a consultant to the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations, UNDP, and Central Banks of Nigeria and Liberia. Dr. Ogidan designed and launched the Togo Incentives-Based Risk Sharing System for Agricultural Lending (MIFA-TIRSAL) and established the NIRSAL National Microfinance Bank.

Currently, he is MD/CEO of Successory Nigeria Ltd and Chairman of Global Knowledge Group. Dr. Ogidan is a Fellow of the Microfinance Association of the United Kingdom and President of Turnaround Management Association (TMA), Nigeria Chapter.

He was appointed Non-Executive Director in July 2025. He has authored two notable books and is a member of the Forbes Business Council. He is married with children.
