Retreat

The 2022 Board and Senior Management Retreat which held on the 12th of October 2022, was not just a retreat for the Board and members of staff of Dignity Finance, but also a time to engage with the NetZone, a consultancy firm.
The 2022 retreat saw a complete transformation to the vision, mission and core valuse of Dignity Finance. It provided an avenue for all attendees to evaluate its current state, compare and contrast with the global market trend in the finance industry/sector and come up with an outline of new goals for the company. Adding to this there was a session for brainstorming and discussion which led to a carefully thought out roadmap on achieving the company’s new set goals.
A Workout Session

The 2022 End of year DFIL staff workout was a time well spent.
As the saying goes, “health is wealth” and as a result, with the permission of management, there was a one day workout session which saw the members of staff engaging in various exercises ranging from jogging, squatting, streching, push ups and many more…
Not only was the body exercised, the mind and soul was also attended to by participating in a 2 hours karokee which afforded staffers the opportunity to express themselves by singing both old and new, nigerian and western music melodies. It was also accompanied with a well arranged breakfast all of which held at The Usual Lounge, opposite Jabi Lake, Abuja.
